The video of both the senior officers sharing the stage together is now making headlines on social media. Actually, a function was organized last night on the occasion of Sitamarhi District Foundation Day. On this occasion, both the officers, who were fond of music, created a blast.
Voices started rising in the audience that till yesterday people were unaware of the hidden musical talent of these two senior officials. People were aware of the efficiency of these two only in administrative work. As soon as both the officials jointly presented a heart-touching and hair-raising patriotic song on Wednesday night, people understood how much love the DM and SP have for music.

The above two senior officials not only entertained the people by presenting the song ‘Sandesh Aate Hain, Hume Tadpatate Hain’ from the 1997 film Border, based on the Indo-Pak war of 1971, from the stage, but also highlighted the service spirit of the country’s soldiers. And gave this message to the people that while we sleep peacefully, some crazy people (soldiers) keep an eye on the enemies with their lives at stake. These crazy people are those who love their country.

Let us tell you that 53 years ago, Sitamarhi was carved out of Muzaffarpur as a district and it got the status of district on 11 December 1972. In recent years, the tradition of celebrating the District Foundation Day has been started. This time too, on the second day of the two-day Foundation Day programme, other competitions including sports were held and a musical program took place in the night. Despite the cold, people did not lag behind in enjoying the songs and music. In other words, the song and music outweighed the cold. Even the DM-SP could not stop himself from humming during the program at Dumra Airport grounds.
